A broker of viatical settlements shall not knowingly solicit an offer from, effectuate a viatical settlement with or make a sale to any provider, purchaser or investment agent of viatical settlements who:\n(a) Controls;\n(b) Is controlled by; or\n(c) Is under common control with,\nÊ the broker of viatical settlements.\n2.
