Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, an insurer or any agent or employee of an insurer who delivers or issues for delivery a policy of group health or blanket health insurance in this State shall not disclose to the policyholder or any agent or employee of the policyholder:\n(a) The fact that an insured is taking a prescribed drug or medicine; or\n(b) The identity of that drug or medicine.\n2.
