{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-691e.160","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 691E.160","heading":"“Travel insurance” defined.","body":"1. “Travel insurance” means insurance coverage for personal risks incident to planned travel, including, without limitation:\n(a) Interruption or cancellation of a trip or event;\n(b) Loss of baggage or personal effects;\n(c) Damages to accommodations or rental vehicles;\n(d) Sickness, accident, disability or death occurring during travel;\n(e) Emergency evacuation;\n(f) Repatriation of remains; or\n(g) Any other contractual obligation to indemnify or pay a specified amount to the traveler upon determinable contingencies related to travel that is approved by the Commissioner.\n2.
