Each producer of limited lines travel insurance shall, at the time of licensure, establish and maintain a register, on a form and in a manner prescribed by the Commissioner, which includes a list of each travel retailer that offers and disseminates travel insurance on behalf of the producer of limited lines travel insurance. The register must include, without limitation:\n(a) The name, address and contact information of the travel retailer;\n(b) The name, address and contact information of an officer or person who directs or controls the operations of the travel retailer; and\n(c) The federal tax identification number of the travel retailer.\n2. The producer of limited lines travel insurance shall:\n(a) Maintain and regularly update the register; and\n(b) Submit a copy of the register to the Commissioner upon reasonable request.\n3.
