{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-693a.520","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 693A.520","heading":"Unlawful acquisition of securities: Imposition of administrative penalty against director, officer or agent.","body":"Any director or officer of a person, or an agent of the person, who knowingly violates or assents to or permits any officer or agent of the person to violate the requirements of NRS 693A.500 may be required by the Commissioner, after notice and hearing, to pay, in his or her individual capacity, an administrative penalty of not more than $5,000 per violation.
