If the Commissioner determines that the documents and statements filed by the captive insurer satisfy the requirements for licensure, the Commissioner shall issue a license to the captive insurer. The license may be renewed annually upon the satisfaction of all requirements imposed by the Commissioner and payment of all applicable renewal fees.\n2.
