A certificate of authority issued pursuant to this chapter expires on March 1 of the year following its date of issuance or renewal.\n2. To renew a certificate of authority a corporation for medical service must:\n(a) File a written request for renewal with the Commissioner; and\n(b) Pay all applicable fees for renewal for a certificate of authority.\n3.
