If the Commissioner receives notification from the Nevada Health Authority pursuant to NRS 439.5895 that a health maintenance organization is not in compliance with the requirements of subsection 4 of NRS 439.589, the Commissioner may, after notice and the opportunity for a hearing in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, require corrective action or impose an administrative fine in the amount prescribed by NRS 695C.350.\n2.
