The Commissioner shall adopt regulations:\n(a) For establishing and conducting an examination required by this chapter for the initial issuance and renewal of a certificate;\n(b) For the establishment of a course of instruction as required by this chapter for the initial issuance and renewal of a certificate;\n(c) Establishing the fee required by NRS 695J.130 for the administration of the examination; and\n(d) For carrying out the provisions of this chapter.\n2.
