It files with the Commissioner the following:\n(a) A formal application for the certificate in such form and detail as the Commissioner requires, executed under oath by its president or other principal officer.\n(b) A certified copy of its charter or articles of incorporation and its bylaws.\n2. It pays to the Commissioner the following:\n(a) The fee specified in NRS 680B.010 for the filing of an application for the certificate;\n(b) The fee specified in NRS 680B.010 for the issuance of the certificate; and\n(c) In addition to any other fee or charge, all applicable fees required pursuant to NRS 680C.110.\n3. It deposits the required cash, securities, bond or evidence of such a deposit in another state as provided in NRS 696A.080 with the Commissioner.\n4.
