The Commissioner shall revoke or suspend the certificate of authority of a motor club whenever, after a hearing, the Commissioner finds in accordance with the procedure provided in NRS 679B.310 to 679B.370, inclusive, that any of the following circumstances exist:\n(a) The club has violated any provision of this chapter.\n(b) It is insolvent.\n(c) Its assets are less than its liabilities.\n(d) It or its officers refuse to submit to an examination.\n(e) It is transacting business fraudulently.\n2.
