Proof of the completion of a 6-hour course of instruction in bail bonds that is:\n(a) Offered by a state or national organization of bail agents or another organization that administers training programs for bail solicitors; and\n(b) Approved by the Commissioner.\n2. A sponsorship by a licensed bail agent and a statement by the agent that the agent will exercise reasonable supervision over the conduct of the applicant and be responsible for the applicant’s conduct in the bail bond business.\n3.
