The Director shall prepare a report concerning the status of energy in the State of Nevada and submit it to:\n(a) The Governor on or before January 30 of each year; and\n(b) The Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the next regular session of the Legislature on or before January 30 of each odd-numbered year.\n2.
