If any person ordered to appear before the Commission as a witness fails to obey the order, the Commission or any Commissioner or the Secretary of the Commission may apply to the clerk of the nearest district court for a subpoena commanding the attendance of the witness before the Commission.\n2. The clerk shall issue the subpoena, and a peace officer shall serve it.\n3.
