A small-scale provider of last resort may apply to the Commission to be regulated as a competitive supplier pursuant to NRS 704.68861 to 704.68887, inclusive.\n2. The Commission may grant the application if it finds that the public interest will be served by allowing the small-scale provider of last resort to be regulated as a competitive supplier.\n3.
