{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-704.7736","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 704.7736","heading":"Solar-powered affordable housing system: Supporting documentation required for application for tariff.","body":"An application to qualify for a tariff which relates to a solar-powered affordable housing system described in NRS 704.7733 submitted to the utility by an owner or operator of a solar-powered affordable housing system must include supporting documentation which shows that the system is part of a qualified multifamily affordable housing property. The documentation must include, without limitation:\n1. A declaration of active affordability covenants and a statement regarding the portion of rental housing units that have active affordability covenants; or\n2. A letter of verification from the appropriate entity with the authority and responsibility to grant federal, state or local funds pursuant to a program, law or regulation as described in NRS 704.7712.
