If a customer-generator has received all the necessary inspections from any governmental entity required for the installation of a net metering system and submits to a utility a request for the completion of a final inspection by the utility, the utility shall complete the final inspection within a reasonable time after receipt of the request in accordance with the regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 704.773.\n2.
