{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-704b.050","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 704B.050","heading":"“Electric utility” defined.","body":"1. “Electric utility” means any public utility or successor in interest that:\n(a) Is in the business of providing electric service to customers;\n(b) Holds a certificate of public convenience and necessity issued or transferred pursuant to chapter 704 of NRS; and\n(c) In the most recently completed calendar year or in any other calendar year within the 7 calendar years immediately preceding the most recently completed calendar year, had a gross operating revenue of $250,000,000 or more in this state.\n2.
