The Authority may collect fees for the filing of any official document required by this chapter or by a regulation of the Authority.\n2. Filing fees may not exceed:\n(a) For applications, $200.\n(b) For petitions seeking affirmative relief, $200.\n(c) For each tariff page that requires public notice and is not attached to an application, $10. If more than one page is filed at one time, the total fee may not exceed the cost of notice and publication.\n(d) For all other documents that require public notice, $10.\n3. If an application or other document is rejected by the Authority because it is inadequate or inappropriate, the filing fee must be returned.\n4.
