Any security deposited pursuant to NRS 706.3054 or 706.3056 must be maintained for as long as the depositor holds a certificate of self-insurance or until all claims against the depositor which remain outstanding have reached final judgment and are paid, whichever is later.\n2. At the time of relinquishing a certificate of self-insurance, an operator of a taxicab shall submit to the Department a properly executed affidavit indicating all claims against the operator which are outstanding.
