Any violation relating to the issuance of or transfer of license plates for motor carriers required by either the Taxicab Authority or the Department of Motor Vehicles;\n2. Complaints against certificate holders;\n3. Complaints against taxicab drivers;\n4. Applications for, or suspension or revocation of, drivers’ permits which may be required by the Administrator; and\n5.
