The fully autonomous vehicles comply with the provisions of chapter 482A of NRS and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto;\n2. The certificate holder holds a permit issued pursuant to NRS 706B.130 as an autonomous vehicle network company and a permit to use autonomous vehicles to provide transportation services pursuant to NRS 706B.110; and\n3.
