A driver who operates a taxicab as an employee of a certificate holder shall not act as a driver as defined in NRS 706A.040:\n(a) Using the taxicab provided by his or her employer; or\n(b) During any time for which the person receives wages from his or her employer for duties which include the operation of a taxicab.\n2.
