It is unlawful for a person to:\n(a) Forge a digital signature; or\n(b) Provide false information knowingly to the Secretary of State with respect to any provision of this chapter or a regulation adopted pursuant thereto that requires such a person to provide information to the Secretary of State.\n2. A person who violates the provisions of subsection 1 is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.\n3.
