If a registered limited-liability partnership wishes to change the location of its principal office in this State, it shall first file with the Secretary of State a certificate of change of principal office that sets forth:\n(a) The name of the registered limited-liability partnership;\n(b) The street address of its principal office; and\n(c) The street address of its new principal office.\n2. A certificate of change of principal office filed pursuant to this section must be:\n(a) Signed by a managing partner of the registered limited-liability partnership; and\n(b) Accompanied by a fee of $60.\n3.
