With respect to a limited partnership, a person that:\n(a) Becomes a limited partner under NRS 87A.320; or\n(b) Was a limited partner in a limited partnership subject to chapter 88 of NRS when the limited partnership voluntarily elected to become subject to this chapter; and\n2.
