Before any credit is extended, the retail seller shall provide to the retail buyer any disclosures required to be made by a creditor pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1638.\n2. Until the seller provides the required disclosures pursuant to subsection 1, the buyer is obligated to pay only the cash sales price.\n3.
