No standing Rule or order of the House\nshall be suspended unless one day's notice shall have been given of  the\nmotion therefor; nor shall such suspension be made unless by a vote of a\nmajority of all the members elected to the Assembly.\n  b.  Such notice and motion shall, in all cases, state specifically the\nobject  of  the suspension, and every case of suspension of a Rule under\nsuch notice and motion shall  be  held  to  apply  only  to  the  object\nspecified therein.\n  c.  Such notice shall be given and such motion made under the order of\nbusiness in which the matter proposed to be advanced by  the  suspension\nshall stand, provided, however, such notice shall not be required on the\nlast day of the session.","path":["Assembly Rules","Rule 9.
