Misdemeanor. Any person or corporation who directly or\nindirectly conducts, holds or gives boxing or sparring matches or\nexhibitions or participates either directly or indirectly in any boxing\nor sparring match or exhibition as a referee, judge, match-maker,\ntimekeeper, corporation treasurer, box office employee, professional\nboxer, manager, trainer, second or announcer without first having\nprocured an appropriate license as prescribed in this act shall be\nguilty of a misdemeanor.
