The commission shall issue temporary\nworking permits to box office employees, ushers, ticket takers and\ndoormen good for employment at a single exhibition of boxing, sparring\nor professional wrestling, at a stated time and place. The fee for each\nsuch temporary working permit shall be established by the commission\npursuant to rule.
