Whenever by reason of any correctional\nfacility, or any building contiguous to such facility, being on fire,\nthere shall be reason to apprehend that the incarcerated individuals may\nbe injured or endangered by such fire, or may escape, it shall be the\nduty of the superintendent of such facility to remove such incarcerated\nindividuals to some safe and convenient place, and there confine them\nuntil the necessity of such removal shall have ceased.","path":["Correction Law","Article 6.
