Criminal Procedure Law § 620.80","heading":"Material witness order; witness fee","body":"§ 620.80  Material witness order; witness fee.\n  A witness held in the custody of the sheriff as a result of a material\nwitness order must be paid the sum of three dollars per day for each day\nof confinement in such custody.
