If, at the time\nthe discharge is granted, the petitioner is imprisoned, by virtue of an\nexecution against his person issued, or of an order of arrest made, in\nan action or special proceeding founded upon a debt, liability, or\njudgment, as to which he is exempted from arrest or imprisonment, as\nprescribed in the last section but one, the officer must forthwith\nrelease him, on production of the discharge, or a certified copy of the\nrecord thereof.","path":["Debtor \u0026 Creditor Law","Article 4.
