As used in this title:\n  1. \"Petitioner\" means a person who seeks enforcement of an order for\nreturn of a child under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of\nInternational Child Abduction or enforcement of a child custody\ndetermination.\n  2. \"Respondent\" means a person against whom a proceeding has been\ncommenced for enforcement of an order for return of a child under the\nHague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction\nor enforcement of a child custody determination.","path":["Domestic Relations Law","Article 5-A.
