For the purposes of this article:\n  1. \"Program\" shall mean the agricultural economic development program\nestablished pursuant to this article.\n  2. \"Agricultural resources industry\" shall mean those businesses\ninvolved in the harvesting, marketing, research, processing, storage\nand/or manufacturing of agricultural products or provide essential\ninputs for or services to such businesses and shall include job training\nand public information programs associated with such products.","path":["Economic Development Law","Article 5-D.
