No person shall practice as a\nclinical laboratory technician or as a histotechnician or hold himself\nor herself out as a clinical laboratory technician or a histotechnician\nin this state unless he or she is certified or exempt pursuant to this\narticle, provided that an individual licensed as a clinical laboratory\ntechnologist, cytotechnologist, histotechnologist, or clinical\nlaboratory technician may practice the profession of histotechnician.","path":["Education Law","Title 8.
