Definitions.\n  For purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the\nfollowing meanings:\n  1. \"motor vehicle\" shall mean a passenger vehicle, light-duty truck\nwith a gross vehicle weight of eighty-five hundred pounds or less, or\nany other vehicle determined by the commissioner to be a vehicle whose\nprimary use is noncommercial personal transportation and which is\nmanufactured for the model year two thousand ten or subsequent model\nyear; and\n  2. \"motor vehicle global warming gases\" or \"global warming gases\"\nshall mean carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, hydrofluorocarbons,\nperfluorocarbons, and sulfur hexafluoride.","path":["Environmental Conservation Law","Article 19.
