As used in this article the following terms shall\nmean:\n  1. \"council\" means the most integrated setting coordinating council.\n  2. \"disability\" means, with respect to an individual:\n  (a) a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or\nmore of the major life activities of such individual;\n  (b) a record of such an impairment; or\n  (c) being regarded as having such an impairment.\n  3. \"most integrated setting\" means a setting that is appropriate to\nthe needs of the individual with the disability and enables that\nindividual to interact with nondisabled persons to the fullest extent\npossible.","path":["Executive Law","Article 25.
