Any such petition for the establishment,\nmodification and/or enforcement of a child support obligation for\npersons not in receipt of family assistance, which contains a request\nfor child support enforcement services completed in a manner as\nspecified in section one hundred eleven-g of the social services law,\nshall constitute an application for such services.","path":["Family Court Act","Article 4.
