The term \"municipal corporation,\" as used in this\nchapter, includes only a county, town, city and village. The term\n\"governing board\" includes the board of supervisors of a county, the\ntown board of a town, the common council of a city, and the board of\ntrustees of a village.\n  a. \"Urban renewal.\" The term \"urban renewal\" shall mean a program as\ndefined in article fifteen of this chapter.\n  b. \"Infant\" or \"minor\".
