Maintenance of certain highways by a county. In case such board of supervisors approve of such\nresolution, its approval shall be certified to the commissioner of\ntransportation, whereupon an official order shall be made and filed by\nthe commissioner of transportation accordingly and certified copies\nthereof shall be filed with the chairman of the board of supervisors,\nthe clerk of the board of supervisors, the county clerk and the county\nsuperintendent of highways of such respective county and also with the\nstate comptroller, and thereafter such respective highway shall be\nmaintained by such respective county as part of the county road system.","path":["Highway Law","Article 6.
