For purposes of this article:\n  (a) \"Controlling person\" is any person or other entity who or which\ndirectly or indirectly has the power to direct or cause to be directed\nthe management, control or activities of a pharmacy benefit manager.\n  (b) The terms \"covered individual\", \"health plan\", \"pharmacy benefit\nmanager\" and \"pharmacy benefit management services\" have the same\nmeanings as defined by section two hundred eighty-a of the public health\nlaw. The superintendent is expressly authorized to interpret these terms\nas if the definitions were stated within this article.","path":["Insurance Law","Article 29.
