The terms of the court of appeals\nmust be appointed to be held at such times and places as the court\nthinks proper, and continued as long as the public interest requires.\n  A term of the court may be appointed to be held in a building other\nthan that designated by law for holding courts.\n  A term may be adjourned from the place where it is appointed to be\nheld, to another place in the same city.\n  One or more of the judges may adjourn a term, without day, or to a day\ncertain.","path":["Judiciary Law","Article 3.
