The term\n\"employment agency\" as used in this section means and includes any\nperson, firm or corporation, as owner, agent, manager, employee, officer\nof a corporation, contractor, sub-contractor, or in any other capacity,\nplacing in employment or procuring or attempting to procure employment\nfor a minor, or for giving information as to where or of whom such\nemployment may be procured.","path":["Labor Law","Article 4.
