This\nprovision shall not apply to employees of the state or any municipal\nsubdivisions or departments thereof, or to the employees of legally\nincorporated hospitals, supported in whole or in part by public funds or\nprivate endowment, or to the employees of medical colleges affiliated\nwith such hospitals or to employees of private proprietary hospitals.","path":["Labor Law","Article 7.
