Coin-operated machines performing a manufacturing process.\nThe commissioner may make such rules governing the construction,\nmaintenance, use, and operation of coin-operated machines which perform\nany manufacturing process that he or she finds necessary for the\nprotection of the lives, health, and safety of employees and of persons\nlawfully using such machines.
