The commissioner may make additional\nrules consistent with this article guarding against personal injuries in\nthe assembly, disassembly and use of amusement devices, viewing stands\nand tents at carnivals, fairs and amusement parks to persons employed at\nor to persons attending the carnivals, fairs and amusement parks. Where\nthe carnivals, fairs and amusement parks are located within the city of\nNew York, the department of buildings of the city of New York may also\nmake and enforce such additional rules.","path":["Labor Law","Article 27.
