Before enforcing such lien, notice in writing\nshall be given to the customer, and to the holder of a perfected\nsecurity interest either delivered personally or sent by registered mail\nto the last-known address of the customer or holder of a perfected\nsecurity interest. This notice shall state that a lien is claimed for\nthe damages set forth in or attached to such writing for manufacturing\nor fabrication work contracted and performed for the customer.
