Except as otherwise provided, the department of state\nshall collect the following fees and deposit such fees in the\ncorporations, state records and uniform commercial code account pursuant\nto this article:\n  (a) For the reservation of a limited partnership name pursuant to\nsection 121-103 of this article, twenty dollars.\n  (d) For the resignation of a registered agent for service of process\npursuant to subdivision (c) of section 121-105 of this article, twenty\ndollars.\n  (e) For filing a certificate of limited partnership pursuant to\nsection 121-201 of this article, two hundred dollars.\n  (f) For filing a certificate of publication with affidavits of\npublication annexed thereto pursuant to either section 121-201 or\n121-902 of this article, fifty dollars.\n  (g) For filing a certificate of amendment pursuant to section 121-202\nof this article, sixty dollars.\n  (h) For filing a certificate of cancellation pursuant to section\n121-203 of this article, sixty dollars.\n  (i) For filing a restated certificate of limited partnership pursuant\nto section 121-208 of this article, sixty dollars.\n  (j) For filing a judicial dissolution pursuant to section 121-802 of\nthis article, sixty dollars.\n  (k) For filing an application for authority pursuant to section\n121-902 of this article, two hundred dollars.\n  (l) For filing an amendment to an application for authority pursuant\nto section 121-903 of this article, sixty dollars.\n  (m) For filing a certificate of surrender of authority pursuant to\nsection 121-905 of this article, sixty dollars.\n  (n) For filing a certificate of termination of existence pursuant to\nsection 121-906 of this article, sixty dollars.\n  (o) For filing a certificate of merger or consolidation pursuant to\nsection 121-1103 of this article, sixty dollars.\n  (p) For filing a certificate of adoption pursuant to section 121-1202\nof this article, two hundred dollars.\n  (q) For filing a certificate of resignation for receipt for process\npursuant to section 121-104-A of this article, ten dollars.\n  (r) For service of process on the secretary of state pursuant to\nsection 121-104-A or section 121-109 of this article, forty dollars. No\nfee shall be collected for process served on behalf of a county, city,\ntown or village or other political subdivision of the state.\n  (s) For filing a certificate of change pursuant to subdivision (a) of\nsection 121-202-A or subdivision (a) of section 121-903-A of this\narticle, thirty dollars, and for filing a certificate of change pursuant\nto subdivision (b) of section 121-202-A or subdivision (b) of section\n121-903-A of this article, five dollars.","path":["Partnership Law","Article 8-A.
