He knowingly and unlawfully introduces any contraband into a\ndetention facility; or\n  2. Being a person confined in a detention facility, he knowingly and\nunlawfully makes, obtains or possesses any contraband.\n  Promoting prison contraband in the second degree is a class A\nmisdemeanor.","path":["Penal Law","Part 3.
